Become a Watershed Environmental Volunteer

Do your part to protect one of our most valuable resources the Euclid Creek watershed and our great-unsalted sea – Lake Erie. Help leave a legacy of a sustainable future for your children and your grandchildren. Lead conservation efforts by setting an example for others to follow. Teach children to respect the earth. Take action - make a difference.

Friends of Euclid Creek volunteers assist with education events, serve on a committee or the board, become a water monitor, preserve conservation areas, clean up and rid areas of invasive plants.

 

Committees:

Conservation – Works to protect conservation properties along with Cuyahoga Soil and Water.

Education – Determines and executes the programming for the following year.

Membership – Maintains membership/friends contact list, develops and distributes membership materials, fosters relationships with future and current members.

Marketing– Handles program publicity including social media, develops promotional and educational materials. Designs and purchases promotional items as needed.

 

Board:

President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, 8 Directors (chair or serve on committees)

We use donations to support conservation properties, the Sims Park Native Plant Education Garden, public education, and special projects.  To direct how your donation is used, please note on the donation form and mail to us.
